The Big Band can perform three different shows, and can be adapted and modulated for various other options (from small private evenings to mega company events).
1. Traditional ballroom dancing orchestra: an all evening nonstop musical performance by the Big Band and it's singers in all styles from the 40's till the present day. This show suits a theater or a ballroom; offering the audience the option to either listen to the beautiful music or dance. A show of professional dancers is additional and optional.
2. Open ballroom dancing competition: accompanied by the traditional ballroom dancing orchestra. In this case couples can enlist and compete in the open competition which consists of various dance styles. The judges may be professional dancers which participated in the competitive "Dancing with the Stars" program. These professional dancers could also perform a 'show' as one of the highlights of the evening just before the judges announce their decision as to who is the best dancing couple of the evening. Of course we could improve the format by arranging for the audience to vote as well.
3. Mega format for mega companies: the competition title will include the company's name "Dancing with Amdocs" etc. The dancing couples enlist ahead of time, and go through a special ballroom dancing workshop, each with a professional dancer as their partner. At the event, these couples compete and the audience votes. In between the competition and the counting of the votes, the big band performs together with the great singers in a special and exciting show and the audience dances.
All three possibilities can be developed and adapted to the special requests of each individual client, private or corporate.
